There and back again (hopefully) Molly's Hebridean Adventure Day 3

A day of travelling today so not so much to report. Pictures are from throughout the day.

I had a fantastic meal last night at the Kilberry Inn which lived up to its billing and actually exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was lovely too and had a nice natter with the characters staying from last night's dinner. There was a young couple that got married yesterday at a cottage in a beach with no one else there; the most amazing elderly Italian guy who could have been on the sopranos and had been everywhere and done everything, and a lovely couple from the Scottish Borders.

I justified a cooked breakfast with a run down to the Kilberry Coves beforehand 2 miles from the Inn. A lovely rocky beach, two deeply scarred rock faces and a waterfall. Saw some seals and evidence of otters (thanks to Hanza for teaching us) but without actually seeing any.

I had a lovely drive to Oban to catch the ferry at lunch time for Barra. As ever Molly caused a stir sparking conversation with various passengers from around the globe. The ferry journey was stunning passing in between Mull and our beloved Ardnamurchan.

Very atmospheric approach to Barra as the Outer Hebrides came into view and we were treated to a dolphin swimming in front of us.
